Let’s Do a 30 Day Ab Challenge!
I hate ab workouts!!
I really do.
I’ll do cardio all day long, hand me some weights we’ll do some fusion weight training, I’ll even happily work those trapezius muscles that give me migraines.
But don’t make me do ab exercises… please….
I have no idea why I have such an aversion to planks and crunches considering I so desperately want that beautiful flat stomach. But damn it, I avoid them like the plague.
Let’s do an ab challenge!!!

What better way to get me past my aversion to the six-pack abs I want than doing a 30 day ab challenge?

I want before pictures people!!! You don’t have to include your face if you don’t want to, and of course NO photoshopping!!
At the end of the challenge, I’ll create a collage of the best before and after pictures and feature them on the blog. So make sure you use the hashtag so I can find your pics!!
